Low pressure sales people. Great windows. The noise reduction was the first thing I noticed but now i notice that the air conditioner is not coming on as often or staying on as long. Installation was great. We had a bunch of windows and they were essentially done in a day. The installers were great and neat. Follow up with Doug was immediate. Highly recommended.

For a “small” job, I was very pleased with Sweitz Windows response and Doug’s work. He came immediately to give me an estimate and was very thorough on what I would be getting and the time frame involved. Though it took almost a month to get the window ordered, received, and installed, I was in no hurry…..and was informed up-front about it. The installation was much more involved than I ever anticipated, but Doug was very thorough (and tidy) in doing it. The window and work space were thoroughly cleaned before he left. Doug was easy to be around and definitely knows his business! Should I need glass-work in the future, Doug will get my call.

Great Experience

A representative from Seitz West Windows and Doors approached me at my Arizona home because it was obvious that I was a candidate for new windows. We set up a sales appointment and after researching this company, I decided to contract with them to replace 5 windows. The windows arrived very quickly and we set the install appointment. The 2 installers were hard working and very courteous. They cleaned up well when the job was done. My windows also came with new screens – which was appreciated. The installers also removed my old window blinds and installed new ones in their place – which was also very much appreciated! I’m satisfied with the quality of the windows and they are very attractive. From start to finish, I had a great experience with Seitz West Windows and Doors.

I had all of my windows replaced in my home and the process from start to end was so nice! The windows r beautiful, the installation was professionally done. They kept my home clean, picked up everything and were very pleasant. It was a big job. They didn’t rush it, they did it right. Everything was explained to me, without any pressure. It was a very pleasant deal. I would recommend them -absolutely. Their procedure and actual work r outstanding! Couldn’t be happier. 5 star rating for me!

New Sliding Glass Door

Everything was easy, we met with Ramon, he gave us information, measured for the door, we talked about pricing, and ordered our door. Next day we met with Doug and his wife, again he measured the door, we talked about timelines. In 6/7 weeks we had installation, Carlos and his team were wonderful. Fast, efficient, and clean. We love our new door and highly recommend Seitz West Windows and Doors to anyone looking to upgrade.

These guys far exceeded my expectations! The sales team was very knowledgeable and every thing Ramiro discussed followed through just as explained! The three gentlemen who showed up to install the window where amazing 12 windows 4 hours with no mess left behind. The work and craftsmanship of these windows are absolutely beautiful. All new windows installed. Very satisfied will process from sales to installation. The process was very easy. Installers (Carlos & his crew) were very professional, courteous, respectful, and their work was meticulous. All windows were installed in seven hours. My house is cooler and the noise reduction from outside is really noticeable. I am referring as many friends and family as I can because I am really impressed and happy with my new windows.
